Return/Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, only if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Tags and boxes are intact
The product received is damaged, defective,
or erroneous
Non-Returnable Items
Cut, altered, washed, or sewn fabric
Return Shipping
If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we'll organize free pickup.
In some instances, customers are asked to return the product at their own cost.
Refunds
Refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 working days after the inspection of the returned item and its approval.
